Chocolate Chia Pudding | Breakfast
Make a tasty, healthy chocolate pudding in just 5 minutes, perfect for a breakfast treat. It’s low-calorie and the chia seeds are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids.
• 60g chia seeds • 400ml unsweetened almond milk or hazelnut milk • 3 tbsp cacao powder • 2 tbsp maple syrup • ½ tsp vanilla extract • frozen berries, to serve • cacao nibs, to serve
1 Put all the ingredients in a large bowl with a generous pinch of sea salt and whisk to combine. Cover with cling film then leave to thicken in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight. 2 Spoon the pudding into 4 glasses, then top with the frozen berries and cacao nibs.
