Chocolate cake is a classic, but add a little twist with a bit of mint and you will have a real delight to enjoy.
1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup melted chocolate 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon flax seeds, ground 2 tablespoons water 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon mint extract 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 pinch of salt
1. In a bowl, mix the flax seeds with water and set aside to soak for 10 minutes. 2. Stir in the sugar, then incorporate the oil and melted chocolate, followed by the flour and baking powder and mint extract, as well as a pinch of salt. 3. Grease a small cake pan with oil and pour in the chocolate batter. 4. Cook in a preheated oven at 350F for 30-40 minutes
