This breakfast not only looks delicious but is also high in protein and keeps you full all morning.
24 oz. soy yoghurt 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 cups cooked wheat berries 1/2 lb. fresh strawberries, sliced 6 oz. fresh blueberries 4 tsp. flax seeds
Mix the yoghurt and the maple syrup together. Arrange the ingredients in layers in 4 large glasses. First, put one-third of the yoghurt in the base of the glass, followed by wheat berries, then top with the fruit. Sprinkle 1 a teaspoon of the flax seeds over the top of each.
