Marinated Artichokes | Dinner

The marinated artichokes can be stored in the refrigerator for about a

week, or if you jar them, about two months.


2 (9-ounce) boxes fresh artichoke hearts

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

3 bay leaves

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart slow

cooker and stir well. Cover, and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
