Three-Bean Chili | Dinner

Using dried beans will save you a little money on this spicy recipe,

but be sure to soak the beans overnight to save on cooking time.







Ingredients


1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, drained

1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained

1 (15-ounce) can great northern white beans, drained

1 onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 cups Vegetable Broth

1 tablespoon chili powder

1/2 tablespoon chipotle powder

1/2 tablespoon cumin

1/2 tablespoon paprika

1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes

1/4 teaspoon black pepper




Instructions


In a 4-quart slow cooker, add all ingredients.

Cover, and cook on low heat for 5 hours.
