This heart-healthy breakfast is great for the morning or can be eaten at any time of day.
4oz of Tofu
1/2 Cup of Red Bell Pepper
1 Cup of Spinach
1/4 Cup of Red Onion
1 Tbsp of Coconut Aminos
1 tsp of Coconut Oil
1 tsp of Turmeric
1/2 tsp of Sea Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
1. Place a pan on medium heat and add the onions
and peppers with the coconut oil.

4. Add the spinach in the last 2 minutes to avoid
